I prefer the spelling Kaya over Kaia -- I just like the "feel" of it. I really like Kaya Rose and Kaya Faith. Kaia Peach is cute too.

Better is KajaI am for:
Kaja Isabel and Kaja Magdalena - not more complicated
orKaja Rose is a bad pronounce. Kaja Grace is a better and nice.

I think it does have a trendy feeling as it is similar to Kayla and i think Kaia would be better as it looks different to Kayla.Kaia Magdalene is my favourite out of your choices and Kaya Rose / Kaya Faith are my least favourite as i think they make the name sound more trendy

I prefer Kaia. I've never met one; I think this is one of those names that sounds more popular than it really is, like Keira.Out of your combos, I like Kaia Noelle the best. I know I switched it up a little, but I think that would be the best one.

I really like Kaia & Kaya, but I do have trouble picturing an adult with the name. Still, her generation will be one of Peytons and Kaylee etc etc, so I think by the time a Kaia actually is an adult she'll be fine.I prefer Kaia to Kaya because it doesn't look as trendy and it seems as it would age better.Kaia Noelle and Kaia Magdalene are both nice. Faith, Rose and Grace are so over done as middle names...I find Kaia Grace alot more trendy than say Kaia Noelle. So thta makes a difference to me, although Kaia Faith is very sweet. It sounds awkward paired with Isabella and Estella. Peach is just nmsaa.Other ideas:
Kaia Sonnet
Kaia Sophia
Kaia Lillian
Kaia Genevieve
Kaia Delphine
Kaia Cecily
Kaia Sophie
Kaia Ruby

Kaia Opal
Kaia Pearl
Kaia Anneliese
Kaia Rhiannon
Kaia Miriam
Kaia Emmeline
Kaia Evangeline
Kaia Felicity

Kaia, hands down.
I am aware that Kaya is unisex, but since I know a male Kaya and have heard of several other male Kayas this spelling became all masculine to me.... Hope I make any sense here...Of your combos I find Kaia Magdalene quite pretty. My own favourite spelling of this name is Kaja. I know one female Kaia, one female Kaja and one male Kaya.

I really like Kaia, I think it's lovely. I prefer Kaia/ Kaiah over other spellings. I don't see it as trendy but it's deffinately close, I'd say it will get more common but probably not top 20 common. I'm pleased to say I've met 2 Kaias, one was a baby the other a little girl. Of your combos I like Kaia Isabella and Kaya Rose. =)

Kaia hands down. I don't think its trendy because its a totally legit Scandinavian name, but I think Kaya is a little trendy. I've never met anyone named Kaia/Kaya. I love Kaia Isabella and Kaia Magdalene! And Kaia Peach is just too cute!

I used to be best-friends with a girl named Kaya. She was a quarter Cherokee, which explains the name. She turned out to be distantly related to me through an English ancestor named Godfrey.
So personally, I prefer Kaya to Kaia. Kaya just seems more natural.
What about Kaya Magdalene?
Kaya Elizabeth
Kaya Susannah
Kaya Emmanuelle
Kaya Rosalind
Kaya Rosemonde
