I love this name!! It's in my top 10. I also love Lily as a nn for it. I don't think ppl would assume it was short for anything. I think Lilia has the potential to become common but most ppl seem just to go for Lily so it's not in too much danger I'd say. I pronounce it LIL-lee-ah. =)
