Alexa isn't a particular favourite of mine but I think it's okay, and it works fine as a full name. The only Alexa I've ever met was someone I worked with who'd be in her late forties now, so I don't see it as an 80s or dated name at all. She always went by her full name. I also knew an Alexia, who was Greek-American.
Alexandria's too frilly for me and Alexandra's quite nice, but also a bit long. Alexis as a girl's name I just can't take seriously - it reminds me of Dynasty and sounds way too trendy.
