Yay!
It's been a GP of mine for years. There's something wonderfully peaceful yet fierce about it.I don't have any combos with it as a first name, but I do have the combo Mackenzie Columba, even though I don't find it to be mind blowingly great. I don't think an ordinary sort of name could take being next to Columba. It needs to be with stuff that is equally fantastic. Like...Columba Anselm
Columba Aristance
Columba Bellenger
Columba Dagonet
Columba Sacheverell
Columba Simon - well, this is ordinary, but I think it works... makes me think of a monk
Columba Somerled
Columba Swithin
Columba TavishWow, I think some of those are awesome!
(I went through my list of Medieval names for them.) :)
(As an aside, I can't see Columba being very practical to use on a person in real life.)
