HelpTekoa(h)... for a girl?
What do you think of Tekoa / Tekoah for a girl? DBF likes it better with the H. I know it's "traditionally" a boy's name, but it feels really feminine to me. Thinking about the nickname Coco. What are your thoughts?

I think Tekoa is a boys' name. Just because it ends in -ah, that doesn't necessarily make it feminine.

I don't much care for the sound, and boys names on girls drive me mad.

I had never heard of it, and I assumed it to be a girl's name before clicking on the link. To me it'd be perfectly acceptable on a female, because it looks and sounds feminine to me (and also I had no prior knowledge of the name). Coco would be a sweet nickname (:
