I prefer the spelling Roxane (one n), and I have a cousin named Roxane (chosen because it is a Persian name and we have Persian roots). Now as an adult, she chooses to spell it Roxanne (two n's) which annoys me beyond measure.

I think Roxana is the most beautiful form, however.
