Chloe or Clancy?

I actually went to school with a girl named Clancy. I think she liked her name; I wasn't particularly close to her.
Chloe is better, in my humble opinion. Feminine, spunky, and undeserving of the bad wrap its received on the boards lately. Really, I don't understand what so many people have against it. It's a perfectly respectable name, as far as I'm concerned.

CHLOE!!
Clancy sounds like an old man's name
Clancy sounds too masculine-- especially after the Tom Clancy novels.
Chloe hands down
I find Clancy really unattractive, it's just a surname to me, and not remotely feminine.

I'm Australian and at first I hadn't thought of the 'Clancy of the Overflow' association, but when I have mentioned the name to others almost all of them have said 'Clancy of the Overflow'. I was drawn to the name in that it's something a bit different, but the more I consider it the more I find it a very goofy clownlike name..
Clancy is awlful
