Juliette, I think. If not that, then Juliet. Sometimes I'm not sure which spelling I prefer. I tend to put the emphasis on the first syllable in Juliet and the last syllable in Juliette, so that's why I think I like that spelling better.
Of course at the moment I'm in a less frilly mood, so Juliet looks better to me. Who knows.
