Juliet sounds the nicest of the three separate names. It has that lovely mix of hard and soft that I tend to really like in female names. The spelling Juliette seems a bit pointless to me. You get the same sound and a less cluttered look with Juliet.
Juliana is to 'princessy' sounding, if that makes sense. Honestly it's okay, just not my style at all.
Julia is pretty and understated, I just prefer the sound of Juliet to this.
