Sorry but I think Keely/Keeley is horrible. I have met a little girl with the name before and I thought then what I think now: it doesn't sound right, there's just something wrong or incomplete about it. I don't think of it as trendy.
Obviously, I don't like it but I'd go with Keeley over Keely.
I much prefer Kayleigh, this was in my top 10 for a while. I like the spelling Kailey the best but I don't mind the other spellings either (there's something about Kayleigh that I like too).
I think Keelin is better than Keely/Keeley probably because "Kee" sounds like key in Keelin but Keely/Keeley is more like Keel and then Ley, if that makes any sense.
And to the last question- Kailey, of course.
