I just started thinking about the name Anouk, WDYT? And combos you like? ANy bad/good connotations?

I taught one once; smug but OK. She said it was Inuit, which seems improbable. To my ears it sounds like a suppressed hiccup.

I love Anouk. I have only good associations because my only reference is Anouk Aimee, the beautiful French actress. Very romantic.Anouk is not easy to combine, though. How about:Anouk Hermine

I like it well enough. It's very European sophisticated. I prefer Nanouk, though.

I like it. It's not something that I'm wild about, due to its unassuming nature, but there's something about it that's simple and really strikes me.
