I think it's lovely. I might be kind of biased because I love SMG from my uber fangirl Buffy days (ok who am I kidding, still a fangirl). But even regardless I've always thought Charlotte had a very refined air to it. Admittedly Grace is rather boring as a middle name these days but maybe it's a family name or even if not it does flow well with Charlotte.
