I like Julia. It irks me that it doesn't really have a meaning -- it's just the feminine form of the Roman gens name Julius, for which the etymology has apparently been lost. At this point, Ross and I have decided on Julia as our #3 name for daughters. He has a favorite band called Julia and I just like the name (although I would prefer Sylvia). Our combination is Julia Meredith (honoring). I think Julia Michaela is lovely -- not too much -ah sound IMO.
