Eleanore and William...
For my NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) novel, my main characters are twins, first names Eleanore, aka Ellie, and William, aka Will. Will and Ellie's parents are huge fans of Greek mythology, and for their middle names I was thinking the following options...
Selene and Helios: in early mythology, they were the goddess of the moon and god of the sun respectively and were also twins.
Artemis and Apollo: later were the goddess and god of the moon and sun, as well as being the goddess of the hunt and god of poetry, being twins as well.
Cassandra and Alexander: kind of a stretch, but Cassandra and Alexandra were twins in Greek mythology that were known were given the gift of prophecy and Cassandra was cursed so that no one would ever believe her
So which set? Or, since they were born on Christmas, should their middle names be Natalie and Noel, as both names mean "Christmas".
Opinions?
