DH suggested this...need nicknames
Replies
I like the nickname Loni or no nickname at all.
I love this name. Lucky!
Wow, thanks everyone!
Wow, some of you are really passionate about this name!
I think Polly could grow on me as a nn.
I suggested Apple to DH, and he was like, "I was totally thinking that!"
Hm.
I do like Lola, and Nola too. Nia sounds too much like my given name. I have always LOVED Ally.
But right now I think Loie / Loey sounds cute!

I think Apple would be a cute nickname, if you are brave enough to go with it. In France, Apollines usually get shortened to Apo. In Poland its usually Pola or Polonia.
Loni and Nia come to mind right away.
Nia, Ania, Loni, Appy?
Loni?
Lola would work
Apollonia:
Nia
Lonia
Appy
Lonny (eew, but it's possible :P)
Lonie
Apia
Pia
Allia
Ally
Lia
Pollo (Chicken in Spanish :D)
Polla
Pollia
Apple
Apolla
Ollie
Ollia
Pony (I'm sorry, I'm not in a very serious mood at the moment :D)
Poll
Ania (I quite like this actually)
Annia
Annie (for if you want to pretty and unusual name a bit more boring)
Anna (ditto)
No nickname is fine, but with five syllables a bit hard to achieve.

I think you're fine with no nickname, but what about Apple?
