I certainly prefer Charlotte to Scarlett... It seems much more feminine, soft and classy.
I actually like Lotte (Lot-eh) to Lottie, but Lottie is ok.
Charlotte Vivian is my favorite of your name combinations. I love it!
Charlotte Elisabeth would be my second choice.
