Yeah it's rather common where I live. There's probably quite a few Conservative Jews here named Hannah Rachel so to me that's like naming your daughter Emma Grace around here. You actually probably better off with Emma Grace then Hannah Rachel here. Even so, Rachel is extremely common, it's not a name to give your daughter if you want her to be the only one in her class with that name if that's something that bothers you.
I love Rachael spelled only that way. I don't like Rachel spelled like that. Sort of how I love Rebekah but really don't like Rebecca. Out of your combos I like Rachel Miriam though would prefer as stated before Rachael Miriam.
