It's one of the few word names I like. There's the fancy spice, but there's also the beautiful warm colour.
love it

It bothers me slightly that it ends in the masculine sounding 'ron' but I still like it. I like it paired with a very traditional middle name.
It's a very sweet name. I like it.
I really like it.
I don't usually like such modern names (except for Amber and Willow) but I have a really soft spot for Saffron. It conjures up a beautiful colour, and is a spicey and spunky. It was used occasionally in the Victorian era during the flower name craze (because of the Saffron Crocus) so that gives it "respectability" in my eyes.

It's a GP of mine. I love it, but I can never think of an mn.
All I can think of is the daughter from the TV show "Absolutely Fabulous" (Saffron nn Saffy).
I do like the sound and the fact it's uncommon but not too "out there", though.
