I think it's cute. I know a little girl named Cedar. I think it's cute, but she has a big sister named Willow, so that kind of ruins it, too themey. But Cedar by its self is a cute name. i can't really see it on an adult, though. I can't imagine a doctor or a lawyer named Cedar, but if it was her middle named and you paired it with something more professional like Margaret or Katherine, and called her Cedar, she could change it back to her legal name when she got older. But, yeah, cute name. I don't like it on a boy, though. Just on a girl.
