I've only ever heard it pronounced fin-oo-la. There was a girl who went to drama with me called Fionnuala and went by Nuala. Can't say I'm a big fan of it.

I pronounce it fin-OO-la, and it's one of my favorite names ever. This is my favorite spelling too, and I love the nn Nuala or Fia. I'd use it in a heartbeat if I were more Irish!
