Millie is my absolute favourite nn for Amelia. I'd name my child Amelia just to have a little Millie / Milly. I'm not really fussed on Amelia nn Amy. I've known a couple of Amelias and none of them have gone by Amy. It just doesn't seem to come as naturally, at least here.
