I prefer the y versions, and I think many a Yiddish Baila is now a Hebrew Livna, but here goes:
Aliza Baila - I prefer this of your combos

I like the sound of it and I think Eleonora Baila is quite pretty. It is still difficult for me to stop thinking about the Spanish word when I hear the name.

When I first read the name I thought it was pronounced BAY-lah, which is pretty, imo. But reading the other posts and it's pronunciation, by-LAH, it's not as intriguing. I'm sorry :( I like Bayla, though ~shrugs~

Too many -a endings, if you ask me.

I don't care for it. To me, it's not a name but a verb (in Spanish it means he/she/you dance). Out of the combos you have listed, I like Eleonora Baila best.
