I love Amelia. It always has reminded me of Amelia Earheart, a great, brave feminine namesake. Emilia just looks like an elaborate form of Emily. If you like the look of it, I'd go with Emily personally.
Amelia is tough to put in a combo. It might owe itself best to a three name combo. I'll give it a shot though...
Amelia Josephine
Amelia Josepha
Amelia Harriet
Amelia Brave
Amelia Ruth
Amelia Esther
Amelia June
Amelia Bridget
Amelia Grace
Amelia Fay
Amelia Charlotte
Amelia Ethelene
Amelia Ethel
Amelia Caroline
Amelia Helen
Amelia Kate
Amelia Daphne
Amelia Ingrid
Amelia Evadne
Amelia Roberly
Amelia Robin
Amelia Willow
Amelia Glory
Amelia Margaret

Such a lovely, wholesome name. A classic beauty (without makeup). I adore it. I would use it. It makes me see a lemon custard yellow, a favorite color of mine.
Amelia Beatrix
Amelia Caroline
Amelia Catherine
Amelia Frances
Amelia Josephine
Amelia Ruth
Amelia Susan
Emilia is awkward and witchy, and adds an unattractive nasality. It makes me see dark blood red and black. All I can see is a tattered, anorexic woman with bulging arthritic joints protruding from her skeletal build. If used by an English speaker, it is merely an unsuccessful attempt to "gussy up" something that is already perfect--like a girl who over-tweezes her eyebrows which are already naturally beautiful.

I like Emilia Alice pretty nice
I don't think Amelia is a roman spelling or name at all. Emilia is the roman version.
