I've never been huge on it but I don't dislike it either. However I do think that Mal makes for a very cool, very different NN.

It does nothing for me and only reminds me of Malcom in the Middle.

It was my top choice if my baby was a boy. I think it's extremely handsome, and it sounds incredibly peaceful if that makes any sense.

Malcolm is my uncle's name. It has never really stood out until recently. I have a relatively small family. It has however really grown on me in the last couple of months. I find it quite handsome!

I like it a lot! I know a little boy named Malcolm and he's precious.

I like it but I would only use it as a middle name.

I love the name Malcolm. It's my uncle's name. I don't know many nns for it but I don't think I'd use a nn with it. It's such a strong name.

Kinda cute...although I can't help thinking "Malcolm in the Middle"

It's alright; I wouldn't use it though. The first thing I think of when I hear Malcolm is the one from Macbeth. I kind of like Mal for a nn.

Though it's not a name that I've considered using, I think it's nice. I'm surprised by how underused it is in the U.S.
