But only because of the associations I have with the name. I associate it with Adine Harper, who used to captain our national netball team, so I find it feminine, even though it was her surname (she changed it when she got married). If there wasn't that association I would probably say boy only, but as it is I much prefer it on a girl.Funnily enough, Adine Wilson actually named her son Harper. I would use it on a girl.
