So-fy-uh. I actually have heard this used.

I'd prn. like Sophia, but that extra h makes it look long and awkward.

Just as I would pronounce Sophia: So-fee-uh.

so-FAI-uh. I'd prefer it spelled Sofiah for simplicity's sake.

Either so-FEE-a like Sophia or so-FIE-a. Sophiah reminds me of Mariah, which is why so-FIE-a came to mind.

I would think it would be just like Sophia.

My instinct would be so-FIE-uh, but then I wouldn't be sure if it was just a misspelling of Sophia. In the end, I would avoid saying the name at all until I'd heard someone say it.

I would probably pronounce it like Sophia.

On first glance, long o, long i, and short a.

Probably the as Sophia, but seeing the two H's makes me want to pronounce the first one. Like Sof-HEE-uh

I pronounce Sophia and Sophiah the same.
