What do you think of boy/girl twins named Joseph Edward II and Josephine Eleanor?

Not good.I hate when siblings have closely related names (i.e. Ian & John), even if they sound nothing alike. Joseph and Josephine is even worse. It's essentially the same name. Edward and Eleanor are fine together though.

No.I dislike using essentially the same name on b/g twins.

They are okay seperatly, but not together.

They are nice combos seperately. But they seem too similar.

Joseph Edward and Josephine Eleanor? That´s crazy! What is Joseph Edward and Eleanor Josephine?

No way. They basically have the same first name.

I don't like it. I always hated it when people have boy/girl twins and give the girl the feminized version of the boy's name. I just think it's lazy, not to mention confusing. Imagine calling both of them in to dinner.

My not-so-inner twin just died. It's like just short naming your kids Robert and Roberta, and it's worse with twins. I actually know siblings a year apart Alan and Alanna and they constantly get people pointing it out. On their own, Joseph Edward and Josephine Eleanor are fine. Personally I think Josephina would be better.

Nice names, but way to matchy-matchy.

I think Joseph and Josephine are too close but I like the mns. Both names can be shortened to Joe/Jo or Joey (I know some girls with these nns). I think Joseph and Jocelyn or Josiah and Josephine could even work.

It's like that time I saw a sibset of Andrew and Andrea. They have basically the same name, and that's bad. Separately, Joseph and Josephine are good names, but not in a sibset.

IckThey have the same first name. Not good. On non siblings though they're both fine names.

Too similar. What if they both want to go by Joe/Jo? Separately they're great.

Too matchy.

Joseph Edward and Eleanor Josephine would be less trite.

Too similar. I like it better when they have different names. Like Joey and Katie or something like that.
