I like it too because you can use Romy, Ro, and Milly as nicknames.

I pronounce it the same way as you. I like it quite a bit. I think it's a unisex name but personally I prefer it for a boy.

I don't really understand the appeal of Romilly -- in fact, I'm not quite sure I understand the name itself.
