I might use it as a mn, for honouring purposes, because it was my great-grandfather's name. But once I posted about it and a lot of people said it made them think of Himmler. It seems to me there are enough other famous Heinrich's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heinrich) for the association not to be too limiting.
I wouldn't use it as fn, though.

Ach, for once I get a German name not from my class about 20th century germany, and it's Himmler's name. doh.I don't think it's a particularly impractical association, but I hope it doesn't bother me. When I was taking that class, Joseph became very vividly evil to me because of Goebbels. I don't know why.
