I like it! I think it's too Les Mis to be useable for a first name but I love it for a middle name. I think Lyra Eponine, Mirana Eponine, and Sylvia Eponine would be good combos.

I think it's usable if you don't mind the constant reference to the book/play. I love Les Mis so it's a pretty normal name for me.

It's a French name, isn't it? I'm not so sure it's usable in a non-French speaking country. Well, I suppose it is. It would be highly unusual in an English-speaking country, but some people do have highly unusual names.
