You could spell it Yestin. That at least looks less trendy. I like it.
I really like Iestyn, but I prefer Yestin; the Cornish version (which looks even more made-up I guess)

I suppose it's okay, but I wouldn't use it. It's better than Justin, though, which, btw, is absolutely horrible. People should use Justinian instead.

I don't like the sound of it. I don't like Justin at all, and I don't usually like "Y" sounds at the beginning of names (and "yes" at the beginning is kind of odd).
That is sometimes a problem with Welsh names that most people would be unfamiliar with-- they end up looking like a "kreatyve" name.
