I like it more than Paula, less than Paulina. The Paul family is a handful of names that I havn't quite gotten into yet, although I suspect there may come a time when I appreciate them more. I like you liking Pauline, though. :-)
Pauline Marie is very pretty and I find Pauline Mathilde quite striking. I'm not a big fan of the other combos, though; Grace is a tad too boring as a middle name for me (But not Marie? Who knows why.) and I've never cared for Oceane.
The more I look at it, the more I like Pauline as part of a combo than I do hearing it on its own. For me it might make a better contender as the second of a two-part first name, like Marie Pauline.
