Patricia
What do you think of it?
This is the name of twos aunt and one cousin and it has grown on me tremendously the past couple months, so much so it has joined the ranks of my top favorite names. I would only use it as a middle name.
I'm not very fond of the variation Patrisha.
I think it's the -icia that makes it classical.
On the same note, what do you think of the names Patricius and Patrick?
Edited: And also what is your initial pronunciation: pa-trish-a, pa-tree-she-a or pa-treesh-a. My family uses the later.

This is my sister's name. I think that Patricia itself is rather nice, soft yet regal sounding. I just don't like any of the nicknames for it. My sister goes by Patty, which I particularly dislike. Tricia isn't too much better. Patricia is dated, but there are lots worse names out there.
I'm kind of neutral on Patrick. I don't love it and don't hate it.
Pronuciation for me is pa-trish-a.

Patricia's been growing on me as well! I definitely admire it (and follow the first of the pronunciations listed).
