I like Mateo & Aidan, but... one is very Spanish and one is very Irish, so they don't really go together to me. Mateo Isaiah works well though.
What about using Marie after her instead? I really like Victoria Marie, nn Tori! or Lucia Marie, nn Lucie, maybe?

It so difficult to mesh my heritage/taste with my husband's nationality to come up with a name we both like. I guess I'm willing to deal with the fact that they don't match in a "nationality" manner of speaking, as long as syllables and emphases sound ok together.
Yes, if I name her Victoria, nn will definitely be Tory :)
I also thought about Marie, as it is one of my mn's and also one of my mom's mn's (we have two mn's in my family)
I do want something to set the name apart though... so if I used Victoria, the middle name would have to be something that not many other people have...
I really like Mateo Isaiah! It's just a question of whether I'll be able to part with my favorite name, Aidan! lol

Butting in :o)
My DD's name is Victoria, nn Tori. Noooo, you can't use Tori as a nn, lol! :oD Here we thought we were being different by not using Vicki. There is another Victoria we know (nn, Tori) who even shares the same birthday! Thank God we gave them different mns, lol. :o) When they're together, they go by Tori-Kate (Victoria Kathleen, my DD) & Tori Beth (Victoria Elizabeth, her friend). Note, even though DD's name isn't actually hyphenated, I just have to throw in a hyphen when I use her nn, lol!
