Ballerina
I met a little one year old with special needs named Ballerina. I thought it was just a joke, but it is her real legal name.WDYT?

Aw. Poor kid. She could go by "Rina"? But depending on how severe her special needs are, it might be that if she's called that now, it'll just confuse her when she's older.

that's pretty crummyNumber one: Would you name somebody Wrestler, or Dentist?Number two: In all probability this kid will beve rbe anything close to a ballerina. If you felt the need to mention her "special needs" at all, I'm guessing they are pretty severe, and that kind of rules out being a real ballerina.Number Three: I think the parents might have some "special needs" themselves.

You've pinpointed exactly why I find occupation names stupid: Poet and Pilot are all the rage, but oddly enough, Butcher and Undertaker aren't so hot, are they? And even if the girls didn't have special needs, she just needed to be clumsy or pudgy for the name to be totally ridiculous.

At least most occupational names (including Butcher and Undertaker) are also last names, at least for a few people. Nobody's last name is Ballerina.

That is really yucky. It might sound cute for a little girl but it's going to be horrible when she grows up. Poor child!

Not sure of the middle name. We just happen to be waiting in the same place, but it was brief.
