Jeremiah is a good classic name. I LOVE Elijah, but at least three good friends of mine have already used that name, so I stay away from it... one friend calls her son "Eli" for short.
Isaiah is my favorite, because my husband's name is Isai (pronouced ee-sigh-EE... kinda rhymes with Hawaii) which is the Spanish form of Isaiah. My first son will have Isaiah for a middle name...
Have you considered Isaac, Aaron, Noah, Jonah, or Solomon? I think those are great names too... especially Isaac.
My first choice for biblical twins would be Isaac and Isaiah, but I also think Jeremiah and Isaiah would be a fantastic choice.

I like all the names, but together, they bug me. And I'm one for Biblical names. I come from a Biblical sibset (David, Luke, Sarah, and Philip), but each name sounds different. I think it would be okay, but I, personally, wouldn't do it.
Especially twins Isaiah and Jeremiah since they are consecutive books in the Bible.

Nice names. :)
I like all of those names very well--especially with the nicknames Izzy, Jo, Jem, Eli, and Jedi. However, I think they're WAY too similar for quints. For one thing, they all end in either -ah or -iah. For another, Jeremiah and Jedidiah? That's cruel.

Get into the car
We'll be the passenger
We'll ride through the city tonight
See the city's ripped insides
We'll see the bright and hollow sky
We'll see the stars that shine so bright
The sky was made for us tonight

It's quite a theme, but what can I say, I love themes... heehee. I like them all but Jedidiah... the rest have become atleast somewhat mainstream lately.
I like Isaiah and Jeremiah, but both as major prophets of the Old Testament, it's quite a bit.
I like it but I don't love it.
Your eyes, your smile, made my little life worthwhile. The sky was a lot more blue when I was on top of you.
