Being a teen doesn't excuse one from using your better judgement when naming your children. I was a teen when I had my daughter, and yes, my taste has changed slightly since then, but I'm quite proud to say I didn't jump on naming her the first trendy-cool thing that I heard, and I'm glad she will not have to be ashamed of her name as she gets older. Ava is nice though, at least she will have the option of going by that. But Joe-Jonas? Wtf? Where was the baby's dad/teens mom/friend with common sense that could have talked her out of that nonsense? Poor kid. Jonas would have been kinda cool on its own, even though it still would have sounded off with the ln Jones. But whatev, obviously that wouldn't have phased the mom. Lol
