Hi Michelle, and welcome! I'm not really a regular on these boards, but like you I am fascinated by names!
I really like some of the names you listed and a few are on my favorite lists:
Rose
Grace
Marie
Nicole
Rachel
Travis
Matthew
Dalton
Thomas
Nicholas (*I prefer Nicolas)
Dominick (*Spelt Dominic)
Schuyler (*One of my top favorites, like you said the spelling can be tricky, but that wouldn't stop me from using it. I just can't get used to the other spelling Skyler. I also like Cuyler prn Kyler)
