I don't like it at all, sorry. I'm getting the same associations mentioned by others: Cara Mia artichokes, the Addams Family, and a hokey term of endearment. If you wouldn't name your daughter Sweetie Pie, Darling, or Honey Bun, don't name her Cara Mia. Caramia has the added burden of being a word smush.
