How do you pronounce it? I would instinctivly pronounce it an-gah-rad but I guess that's not right.
I can't really say what I think since I don't know how it's pronouncd but it looks a bit complicated and if I didn't know it was a feminine name I would think it was masculine. It could probably grown on me though.

But NOT like "an-GAH-rad".
I call my bff "ann-HAH-rad", just because that's what I've called her since we were five! I sometimes call her Angie (with hard 'G') too.
