Too long, IMO. I like Jessamy much better.

I've always really liked this one-even thought of using it with the possible nn of Jessa.

I associate this name with Jessamyn West, so it sounds very literary to me.

Not really my style but better than Jessica and Jasmine! :)

I wouldn't use it, but I like it. I've never really like the name Jessica, but Jessamine sounds less stuck up and more refined than the other Jess- name. I like the nn Jessa.

I like Jasmine, and don't mind Jessenia, but somehow Jessamine, to me at least, is stuck in between them. Jasmine is a nice flower name, while Jessamine only seems to be an excuse to use Jessa as a nn. JMO.

It doesn't really fall into any of the categories of names that I'm prone to liking. For me, the name lacks substance or any significant meaning. I fear that it could possibly rise in popularity in the next few years as parents look for cool alternatives to the ultra-trendy names of today.

It does have some neat possibilities for nicknames, though. Jessa is a chic alternative to Jess and Jessie.
