Most of them are not my style at all but I'm pleased to see a Tom. I really like it on its own (although I would have chosed a middle name as well). Others I don't mind are:
Oliver Peter
Toby Arthur John (although don't like Arthur)
Thomas James
William George Alexander.
Two middle names seem to be the norm for kind of people who announce their child's birth in the Telegraph. It's more of an upper class thing, it's not widespread.
