Not for me and I like many nicknames! (m)
I know women have borne this before and I know of one older woman who is a Queenie (not her real name I don't think) but it still comes off sickly sweet and also quite pompous. I'd only use it as a term of endearment, along the lines of princess and I don't much like that either.
