Hattie...WDYT?
I've been thinking of Hattie today. My father's maternal grandmother was named Hattie (her given name not just a nn), and apparently she was a big influence on his life. She passed before I was born. Anyway, to the point, I think it could be a sweet little nickname, but is just too insubstancial to stand alone. WDYT? Also, what all could it be a nickname for? Thanks!

It's cute. It could be a nickname for Harriet...that's all I can think of right now.
I think it's quite adorable. I would prefer to see it as a nickname for Harriet.
I love Hattie! I could easily name my daughter Harriet nn Hattie. I think it's absolutely charming, although I'd probably use Harriet as a fn just so a Hattie had something to fall back on. Hattie is lovely but not particularly formal. I guess Henrietta nn Hattie could work as well, but I feel it's more of a stretch.
I really like Hattie :)
I think it's cute. It's traditionally been a nickname for Harriet, I believe. I really don't like Harriet, though.
It's a very sweet name! I'd definitely use it as a nickname for Harriet, another darling name. It would be a nice name to use to honour your great-grandmother.
