Wolfe
What do you think of the name Wolfe? Do you like it, or is it too strange? Does it look like a trendy spelling of Wolf? The only person I've heard of who had this name is Wolfe Tone (whose real name was Theobald Wolfe Tone), leader of the 1798 Irish Rebellion. I'd consider it an honour to be named after him :) He's very famous in Ireland. Do you think this name would work?

I love Wolfe! I know a lovely little boy with this name, about 6 or 7 years old, who goes by Wolfie. I think it's just adorable!

Wolfe Tone made me love the name Wolfe too. Normally, I dislike adding seemingly useless letters to a noun like wolf. But Irish heroes are a breed apart. If you live in Ireland, I don't see why Wolfe couldn't work very well. (I'm in the U.S., if that matters.)
