Luna
What do you think of Luna? It's growing on me. What does it make you think of? Do you think of the word lunatic? Or Harry Potter? Is it usable?
Do you know anyone named Luna? I once met a Loona, what do you think of that spelling?
Do you see it getting common? It reminds me of names like Lily and Ava. Simple and sweet so I worry it'll catch on.
Opinions?
What do you think of Kaia, Noah, Elsa and Luna for sisters (I'm into 4 letter names right now)?

I don't think of Harry Potter or lunatic, personally. I think of a hippy-ish girl. :b I've never personally known a Luna, but I watched a soap opera for several years that had a character named Luna who was a bit "eccentric", hippy-ish, somewhat ditzy, but very sweet and lovable (One Life to Live, btw). I would definitely consider it for a pet because I do like it a lot, though not necessarily enough to use on a child (but I wouldn't discourage its use on a real child, either).
Don't care for the Loona spelling at all. That really makes me think of "loony" or Looney Tunes. I don't see Luna getting hugely popular, no, though it might get used a little more in the upcoming years. Luna & Elsa or Luna & Kaia would definitely work for sisters. I'm not feeling all 4 together, though.

Love it! I have a friend with a daughter named Luna and a son named August. They live in Norway.
I do think of Harry Potter, but Luna Lovegood was one of my favorite characters. She was smart and brave and not afraid to be different. I think those are awesome traits.
Are Kaia, Noah, and Elsa currently your daughters? Because I LOVE Kaia and Elsa, but I'm not loving Noah. I'm sorry if that is your DD's name, and if so completely disregard me. I'd just be very sad if my sisters got sweet feminine names and I got a boys name. (Yes, I know that Noah or Noa can be feminine, but generally it's not used that way.)

I really like Luna, I don't think of Harry Potter or anything else. Only Luna Park which is a big theme park here in Melbourne (and I think theres one in Sydney too)
I don't know anyone named Luna. Loona looks silly. Like Looney or something.
Not sure if it'll get popular.
I like all those names but I prefer Noah for a boy.

I think it's cool, but honestly only because of Luna Lovegood. :)
I don't know anyone named Luna, though I do know a girl whose surname is Luna. Loona is actually cool because it makes me think of loons, but I don't think it would be a great idea to use because it's also close to looney.
It has the sound of a name that could become more common, but I think it's too hippie/naturey to really get that popular.

I adore Luna, but I do think of it as a Harry Potter name, which isn't a negative influence, either. Lily is also one of my favorites, although it sounds more of a nickname. Luna is unique without being too unusual. I could see Luna as being an accepted, maybe even common name, in the future. I prefer four letter names, as well. Emma (as you can tell), and Ella is adorable, but I'd prefer the full name Elizabeth.

I have a cousin named Luna. It suits her; she's very cute.
I don't like Loona, because that is just cruel.
I think it may become more popular, but I don't see it reaching Ava heights. I don't think Lily is all that popular, though...isn't only #27? Its not even in the top ten, but people seem to think its being used all the time.
Sorry to go off on a tangent, there.

I don't think Luna is usable, due to its closeness to the word lunatic and the word looney. I don't see it ever getting common.
I love Luna, but I think it's safe from popularity. I think it's one of those names that you either love or hate, and the majority of the population seem to be of the latter favor.
AS for the sibset, Luna is really the only one that does anything for me. Noah is all boy, imo, Elsa sounds a bit dowdy, and Kaia--while pretty and legit--still has that trendy feel that will be sure to make it sound dated in the future.

I love Luna. I don't know anyone with the name. I don't think it would become overly common. I like the other names you listed for siblings.
I'm seeing it around more and more but I don't see the appeal. I sounds just like 'lunar' so it immediately makes me think of the moon and lunar landings.
Luna reminds me a deep southern women who shares all the secrets of the world. It's a very beautiful name and I don't see it becoming to common.
