Audrey
I've suddenly started loving this. I always look for names that are Italian or Italian-sounding but I think this would still work in various languages and has a fairly international feel.

I love it. Audrey is a classic. It's growing in popularity, I hope this doesn't bother you.
Very tasteful. I have a relative named Audrey Genevieve, and I have always loved the combo.
I used to not care for it, but now I like it. I still prefer Audra though.
I kind of like Audrey, but I'm not in love with it. On the one hand, it reminds me of Audrey Hepburn-always a plus-but on the other, the few Audreys I've known have been NOTHING like Hepburn. They have been mousy and submissive. So I have a duality going on with this particular name.
I love it too,but prefer Audra:)
It's the "ah" sound at the beginning that lends itself so well. Audrey is very versatile.
Just now the combo Audrey Matelda popped into my head when you mentioned Italian sounding names. It may not have enough Italian goodness for you. But I thought I'd throw it out there anyway. There certainly are a number of other, more obviously Italian sounding names, that could work just as well: Audrey Ginevra, Audrey Chiara, Audrey Giulia?

I've never liked it, because I dislike intensely the initial AAAAW sound. It's the same reason I don't like Aubrey. I once had an acquaintance named Aubrey. She was only an acquaintance, but there was a woman with whom both she and I were good friends, and the name Aubrey was frequently on the mutual friend's lips. Every time she said it, the sound would just *grate* on me. And now I have a about-to-turn-one-year-old great niece named Aubrie. But I live far away, so I don't hear the name spoken frequently at all. Anyhoo, yeah, that's why I don't like Audrey.
Audrey is a name I want to like but can't. It was quite popular in my area in the '70s and I guess I think of it as a dated '70s name.
I love Audrey, though I resent its burgeoning popularity.
I had a brief flirtation with Audrey but that was before I discovered Adria. The "tawdry" rhyming bothers me a little - hope it's not a teasing factor. Nevertheless, Audrey is a pleasant name.
I like:
Audrey Elizabeth
Audrey Georgina
Audrey Rosalind
