Roxanne is one of the few cases where I prefer the nickname over the name. I think Roxie is adorable! And I would almost be up to naming a daughter Roxanne or Roxana if I liked the names a little more, if just so I could use the nn Roxie. But I wouldn't do that.
I prefer the spelling Roxanne and I like Roxana and Roxanne equally.

I think Roxane is a great name!!! It's pretty, sophisticated, and easy to grow up with!!! I like Roxane better than Roxana or Roxanna, and I like either spelling, Roxane or Roxanne. Roxanne is a lot more common, though.

I like the spelling Roxanne better.. but to be honest this name is not a favorite of mine and I am really not sure why!
