Myra?
How do you feel about the name Myra? Any certain personality traits or images come to mind?

I get sinister, somewhat scary images from Myra, probably because of the previously mentioned Myra Hindley.

Having lived in the UK, I tend to think of it as almost a female equivalent of Adolf, because of Myra Hindley. It's a shame b/c otherwise it wouldn't be a bad name.

I love the name Myra. I think that it is because of the character in Dr. Quinn, which sounds wierd considering she was a prostitute. But, she was really kind and sweet. So, I guess I consider Myra to be a sweet person.

Myra is actually a name I am kind of completely neutral on. It doesn't conjure up any strong emotion either way. Its a nice enough name, will age well etc etc but to me, it is nothing special.

I think it's pretty. It reminds me of a blonde girl.

What I think, is that I'd rather it was Myrna.Silly, huh?But to me, Myra is an incomplete version of Myrna.
No images, really.

I like it, but I woudn't use it myself. It reminds me of a short, black-haired girl who plays the viola and likes the color blue.

Yes, a short, skinny, kind of ditzy girl with black hair. That's what I always think of when I hear Myra. Why, I don't know.
