Elizaveta
I've been reading Dostoevsky's "The Idiot," and I've fallen in love with the name Elizaveta. What do you think? Do you prefer Lizaveta or Yelizaveta over it?
Also, who do you think of the original meaning, "My God is an oath?"
Finally, any combo ideas?

Ooh, the original meaning is very neat! I prefer Lizaveta over Elizaveta or Yelizaveta though; it's not quite as heavy. Elizaveta's much better than just Elizabeth though. What do you think of:

I like Elizaveta, but I prefer both Lizaveta and Yelizaveta, and I'd probably go with the all-out Yelizaveta. I actually know a girl named Yelizaveta, and she goes by Liza (LEE-zah).
I adore the meaning! Who wouldn't?

Thanks! I really like Naomi as a middle name. I'm not sure if I'm keen on the meaning, since I've been raised atheist.
Much prefer the other 2, *especially* Yelizaveta.
